His expertise includes performing Complex Angioplasties, Peripheral Angioplasties, Balloon Valvuloplasties, Device Closure for Congenital Cardiac Defects, Pacemakers, Cardiac Resynchronization Therapies, Implantable Defibrillators, and Percutaneous Valve Replacements.

Throughout his career, Dr. Nayar has been actively involved in medical education and training and he is a Professor of Cardiolgy,an Examineer for DM(CARD.), DNB(Card.), PhD and MRCP (London), He has trained numerous students in Cardiology.
